• Creating a Solar Passive Design within the house (where possible) and optimising the outdoors during different seasons, creating a balance in the design, optimising natural and artificial light, views and comfort and maximising the "perception" of space

• Finding a way to make the design effective, unique yet timeless while it fits into the surrounding environment, regulations and your budget

We offer the following services in the design stage:

• Identifying or refining the spaces you need at your current and future stage of life (the Brief) and discussing ideas (including site visit)​

• Providing Concept Designs in 2D drawings and 3D coloured impressions

• Sun studies in movie format to optimise light, shade and sun depending on the season

• Design Documentation for Development Approval. Including: Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations, Sections, Internal Layouts, List of Materials and Finishes

• We can also export the computer model into Sketch Up format for you to explore the design in 3D yourself
