We offer the following services for drafting:

• Fine-tuning your own design. Based on your own concept(s) we will translate this to Building Documentation. If we see opportunities to optimise your design, we will discuss this with you.
   

• If you wish, we can export the computer model into Sketch Up format for you to explore the design in 3D yourself complimentary 
   

• Documentation for Development Approval if required. Including: Site Plan,  Shadow Diagram (if required by council) Floor Plan, Elevations, Sections, Internal Layouts (optional), List of Materials and Finishes

• In Building Documentation Stage we prepare the documentation for Building Permit and Construction Drawings. Documentation includes: Site Plan, Floor Plan(s), Plumbing and Set Out Site Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Electrical Plan, Roof Plumbing Plan, Elevations, Sections, Details if required by Builder, Layout Drawings and Internal Elevations of wet areas, Window and Door Schedules, Specifications and Schedule of Finishes.​
